multi(ple) vitamins

had a check-up saturday afternoon and based on my congenital anomaly scan (cas), my ob-gyne said my baby is small. she added another vitamin for me to take. and she wants me to take caltrate plus again.

that's 4 vitamins in a day. plus a uterine relaxant, that makes it 5. whew! i'm not really sure what each one does. don't even know why i didn't even bother to ask my ob. tsk.

let me try and look it up on the net...

teeth care 'coz i care

here's something i read from 3dpregnancy.parentsconnect.com (my favorite site about pregnancy) for someone who's 12 weeks pregnant:

"...poor dental care can lead to a variety of problems such as pregnancy-related gingivitis and periodontal disease, neither of which sound like any fun at all. Plus, poor dental health during pregnancy has been associated with premature and low-birth-weight babies."

it's already my 25th week. yes, i waited that long. can you imagine? why did it take me that long? well...

@ 19 weeks

ever since i found out i was pregnant, most of my weekends were just spent in front of my laptop and eating fast food meals at my apartment.

one day, out of boredom, i decided to have a photoshoot: with me, myself and i as both model and photographer.

26 and 6 months pregnant

i used to always say that i'm ok with being a single parent...

...and now that i'm about to be one -- i'm freakin' out!

doctor check-ups, vitamins, lab tests!!! waaaaaah! what's a girl to do?
